Article 1 (Acceptance of Terms)
By downloading, installing, or using Auto Mute Music ("AMM"), including the AMM desktop app, AMM Mobile, this website, and our Discord community, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Article 2 (Description of Service)
AMM automatically pauses or lowers the volume of your music during specific in-game events for supported games. AMM relies on third-party platforms such as Overwolf, and on music services such as Spotify, YouTube Music, or iTunes, to provide this functionality.
Article 3 (Accounts)
Creating an account is optional for most features. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Article 4 (Subscriptions and Payments)
Pro Muter is an optional paid subscription that removes ads and unlocks additional features. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription prices, billing cycles, and refund conditions are described on the Pro Muter page and in our Legal Notice (NABOSPCTA).
Article 5 (Acceptable Use)
You agree not to misuse AMM, including attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our services, servers, or the services of our partners (such as Overwolf or Spotify), or to use AMM in a way that violates the terms of any supported game or platform.
Article 6 (Third-Party Services)
AMM integrates with third-party services (e.g. Overwolf, Spotify, YouTube Music, Stripe, Discord) that have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services.
Article 7 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)
AMM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that mute/pause detection will work correctly for every game, event, or configuration. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AMM.
Article 8 (Termination)
We may suspend or terminate access to AMM for any user who violates these Terms. You may stop using AMM and delete your account at any time.
Article 9 (Changes to These Terms)
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes within the software or on this website. Continued use of AMM after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
